𝑾𝑨𝑰𝑻 𝑼𝑷 is an ode to repressed anger.💙 It took 8 months to write; at times, it felt as if the song was just constantly pulling at my sleeves, pestering me like a kid throwing a tantrum. 💦I was constantly questioning myself: How much pain and anger can I take until I can't hold it in anymore? Is it time to admit that things are just NOT WORKING? Where is the point of no return? Will I ever get out of this? I was utterly lost in someone else's shadow, waiting and wanting to be seen. 🌊𝑾𝑨𝑰𝑻 𝑼𝑷 is a growing rage, a primal scream, an explosion of euphoria, and a revelation of my inner power. ⛈ Acknowledging my painful and difficult feelings was the key to my own liberation 🗝I hope this song makes you feel free.
